Strength. If you're looking for strength, this is what you should be doing.

Whether you're an athlete playing a sport, a coach looking to give your athletes a program they can follow while you're not able to oversee them, or a parent looking to help your athlete, this program is guaranteed to make you stronger.

We all have strength we haven't tapped into. I lifted for years and plateaued at basically the same spots time and time again. Until I created GarageGains Strength Training.

With GarageGains Strength Training, I took my Deadlift from 405 lbs. to 535+ lbs, my squat from 355 to 460+ and my bench from 275 to 370+ - and all of these lifts are still growing.

This is NOT a monthly subscription with monthly payments. You purchase GarageGains today, and it's yours to get out of what you want. Continue reading to learn more.

This added overall strength has allowed me to throw harder (velocity), run faster (top sprint speed), jump higher (vertical leap), and swing faster (rotational power) than ever before.

In this manual, I’m going to explain in detail how to implement the Garage Gains Formula spreadsheet to squeeze out every last bit of strength you have. You’ll look up one day and laugh at the numbers you used to struggle with! This isn’t a 6, 8 or even 12 week “workout routine.” This will be how you train for months, even years, without having to constantly be changing things up, looking for new workouts or really thinking much at all. It may sound boring, constantly doing the same movements over and over again, but the results will have you staying with it and seeing how far you can go!

All you’ll have to do is plug in some initial numbers for all the movements, which will target the entire body every 3 sessions, regardless of how often, in terms of days/week, you train. It’s a continuous cycle of 3 rounds of training, each round consisting of 6 training days, which makes each round take between 6 and 14 days, depending on your training frequency. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve trained, on average, 6 days a week without reaching any sign of overtraining. So, for me, each round is about 1 week, and each cycle takes about 3 weeks. If you train 3 days per week, each round would be 2 weeks and each cycle 6 weeks. Perfectly fine! The program works, regardless of your training frequency!
