GarageGains Strength Coaching

Whether you're new to the gym and wanting some direction, an athlete looking to add weight to the bar, or an active person looking for the best way to build strength over time, GarageGains Strength Coaching is here for you. You and I together will set up your initial numbers in GarageGains Strength Training, and from there I will program your training sessions for you - giving you the exact lifts, sets, and reps you need to attempt to continue progressing and building strength. I'll also be available for video coaching meetings, form checks, advice, tips - anything that comes up that I can help with along your journey to strength.

Plateaus

Plateaus in weightlifting are almost guaranteed - especially if you've been, or plan to be, lifting weights for a while - but what if they could be fewer and further between? What if you could finally get past weights you used to get stuck at and become stronger than ever before - even stronger than you thought possible? This is the exact experience I had after lifting for years. I couldn't get past a 275 lb. bench press, or a 365 lb. squat, or even a 405 lb. deadlift.

It can be discouraging, almost depressing, to put so much time and effort into something, only to fail at the same place over and over again.

Then I created, through trial and error, GarageGains Strength Training. This program strategically increases weight and/or reps in a wide rep range to progressively overload in a more incremental way, prolonging - and seemingly eliminating - plateaus from your strength journey.

While training with GarageGains Strength Training, my bench blew past 275 and currently sits at 360. My squat went from 365 to 465, and my deadlift is up to 535 - all numbers I never thought possible.

GarageGains Strength Coaching - What's Included?

With GarageGains Strength Coaching, you'll get:

  1. Introductory call/video call to get your program set up, go over strength goals, training frequency, and answer any questions
  2. Up to 4 coaching calls/form reviews per month based on your needs.
  3. Custom programming provided through access to your copy of GarageGains. I'll update your programming each round of each cycle providing custom strength programming based on your current, up-to-date strength level. This can be done weekly, or at your discretion - we can cover that in the introductory call.
  4. Access to me daily through email (garagegainsgainstraining@gmail.com) or X (@LoganSnyderGG) for questions, coaching, tips, form checks, etc.
